Brush Procedure: First of all the clay model has to be prepared and a clay wall has to be built around the model so that it can hold the plaster without leaking.  Once it is ready then a layer of kerosene oil is brushed over the model so that it becomes easy to extract the model from the mold. Making sure that the oil reaches every corner.  Then a fine quality of plaster is mixed with water in a container. Then a thin layer of the mixture is placed over the model. Then air is blown so that the mixture reaches every corner of the model and no air bubble is present. Then a thick layer of the fine plaster is placed on the model.
