Secret Wood Pendant With Personalized Name Inside  With Epoxy Resin  Things Required:  Epoxy Resin Wood OHP sheet Water paper Pendant Holder and Chain To make a pendant like this one with a personalized name inside all you got to do is to follow the steps. 1. First of all, you need wood. Break it. You can use a hammer or any other method to get the crack. I use a hammer. 2. Then you need an OHP sheet and print the desired name or an image on it. Use a laser printer for this. 3. Cut a piece of the OHP sheet. Mark the size of it. Fold it so that a container can be made. Tape it properly so that it does not leak. 4. Now cut the print out and place it between the wood. 5. Apply some glue at the back of the wood and place it in the container. 6. Mix a batch of Resin. I am using a 2:1 epoxy resin for this. 7. Here are the steps that are followed to create a mold of plaster. Things that are required : 1. Clay 2. Plaster 3. Jute fiber 4. Kerosene oil 5. Brush Procedure: First of all the clay model has to be prepared and a clay wall has to be built around the model so that it can hold the plaster without leaking.  Once it is ready then a layer of kerosene oil is brushed over the model so that it becomes easy to extract the model from the mold. Making sure that the oil reaches every corner.  Then a fine quality of plaster is mixed with water in a container. Then a thin layer of the mixture is placed over the model. Then air is blown so that the mixture reaches every corner of the model and no air bubble is present. Then a thick layer of the fine plaster is placed on the model.
